From the Bride:
Taylor and I went all through middle school and high school together, but did not know each other very well. To start, we reconnected via social media about 4 years after high school. Finally, one night we met at Houlihan’s for happy hour, and went back a few days later for our “official” first date. Then, Taylor proposed a year and half later on August 6th, 2016 at the very same Houlihan’s. It is our special spot.
Finding my dress at Altar bridal is one of my favorite stories. The week after our engagement, I had walked past Altar. I saw the Hayley Paige Halo Gown in the window and stopped in my tracks, staring. For two weeks I obsessed over this dress! Finally, I went to Altar to try it on. I instantly knew it was my dress.
After looking at only one other place, we took one step into the Congress Ballroom at the Hilton President Hotel, we immediately knew it was the perfect venue for us. It was so elegant and classic, which is exactly how we wanted our wedding to be! Our wedding day was truly the best day ever.
