From the bride: Brian and I were pretty laid back about our wedding planning – as laid back as you can be when planning a wedding! He wanted a classic color scheme of black and white and since it was a summer wedding, we brought in some greens with our florals. For us, the most important part of our evening was just celebrating our life together we had already starting making with our son, Hunter. He was the littlest best man, after all.
I like to think our wedding was laid back as well. The ceremony was short and sweet – performed by the same priest that baptized Hunter just two months prior to our wedding. We went for a “boho – chic” vibe – the venue, the dresses, the flowers, the flower crowns all helped bring that vision to life. Our food was probably the most unique wedding food I have ever had…we incorporated our favorite foods into our menu – Mexican and Indian. It was DELICIOUS!
The night wouldn’t have been quite as perfect as it was without the flowers. I am still swooning and daydreaming about how perfectly my vision for flowers was captured. Also our cakes – Cami made us the most beautiful black wedding cake adorned with the most beautiful and luscious flowers from Blue Bouquet. I also cannot tell you how many compliments we got on our band, KC Flo! They made the night SO much fun!
